We all know the importance and difference the physical environment has on our creativity and productivity. The workplace and the atmosphere surrounding us determine the way we work and explore our imagination. For WHY! Create to join THECUBE, co-working space in Shoreditch, was the most natural decision to take. You might ask WHY!? This creative space in particular gives us an environment and inspiration for creative collaboration as well as an access to a creative community to bounce off ideas on various issues.
After founding our creative space, we became interested in how other companies are trying to gain the most of their employees through the coolest, most creative, offbeat, designed-to-inspire work space designs . In order for companies to build and design such an environment, it is important to understand how the physical setup of a working space impacts output, collaboration and creativity.
I doubt that these days anybody would like to work in the boring, grey office if they had the choice between that or a more versatile, personalized hub. The more inspirational your workplace is, the easier it is to break the creativity block and discover new ideas. Let’s take a look at view enterprises who have understood their employees needs to express their creativity.
