Gintare & Candy met during a basketball training at university. Both energetic and truly passionate about creativity and making things happen, their main motto is; life is not about finding yourself, it is about creating yourself. The two girls managed to combine their diverse experiences and founded WHY! Create, a platform for a creative network and collaboration.

Gintare Karalyte, from Lithuania, is a classically trained pianist, photographer & events manager.

Candy Willems, from Belgium & Congo, in a perpetual state of ideas making. Currently completing an MA in Digital Media &  the Creative Economy, she is also working on a video documentary about CoWorking as part of  her final year dissertation.

Juliet Chen,  from Taiwan x East Coast of America, is an account|project manager in digital+interactive advertising, a social-media enthusiastic, and a devoted believer in helping realise creative ideas in order to make a difference.

Now based in London,  the trio help emerging creatives launch and promote their careers by conducting interviews, showcasing their works and sharing them on this website. They explore various methodologies to facilitate creative collaboration among creatives from diverse specialisms and cultural backgrounds.
